Orodent Srl ensures delivery within 1\/2 working days for national shipments.
\nShipping costs are FREE.
\nDeliveries are made during working hours from Monday to Friday, the courier will make 2 delivery attempts.
\nIn the event that the courier delivers a damaged, wet or open package, please accept it only with reservation, specifying on the waybill before signing the reason for the reservation (e.g. open package, wet package…).<\/p>\n

Return terms and costs:<\/h2>\n

You may decide to return any product purchased within 15 days of receiving the goods.
\nPlease note: before making a return, make sure that the products are in the same condition as you received them, with all internal labels and tags attached, not stained, damaged or used.
\nThe cost for the pick-up service, in Italy, for the return package is 12\u20ac, which will be deducted directly from the amount of the returned goods.<\/p>\n

2 PREPARE THE PACKAGE<\/h3>\n

Place the items in the same box in which you received them.<\/p>\n

3 DELIVER THE PARCEL TO THE COURIER<\/h3>\n

The courier will collect the package at the address and on the date you specified in the online return procedure.<\/p>\n

4 GET YOUR REFUND<\/h3>\n

After receiving and verifying your return, we will proceed with the refund of the returned items and the corresponding amount will be credited to you in the same method with which you made the purchase.<\/p>\n
